Sat 10 Dec 2022 18:49. Citroen C4 Picasso - High oil consumption - Lee Power. Piston rings getting gummed up with carbon is a known Purecrap issue causing high oil consumption. Citroen main dealer will be reluctant to find anything while the car is under 6 years old in case Citroen UK then has to dip in to its goodwill fund to repair it.
Just bought a Citroen Approved Used C4 Picasso VTR+ (6600 miles on it) and it's been leaking a small amount of oil since I got it last week. Took it out tonight and it lost some power and the "anti pollution system faulty" message came on and the engine-shaped light is now on. Got home and turned off and on again, still both messages.229vU.
