LGA1700 mounting-kit required (free of charge) This page shows which Noctua CPU coolers are compatible with the Intel Core i5-13600K processor (Raptor Lake-S series) for socket LGA 1700 and how much overclocking or turbo headroom can be expected.

A silent and cheap CLC pump is almost as expensive as a whole Noctua NH-D15, it might all in all end up to costs the same as 3 noctua NH-D15 for a good and silent clc . Hope i can keep my i7 4790k at temps below 80 with prime 95 by only having the cpu cooler running at max rpm and low load temps under 50 degrees (both with case fans at low rpm)

Barely any difference in cooling performance, and it will work with your RAM. I read in the questions tab on Amazon that the NH-D15 does fit with Corsair Vengance RGB Pro ram but I'll look
The thing is, the more cooling you throw at it, the better the clocks you are going to get without touching any settings, and for as good as an NH-D15 is, I don't think you are going to get the "full" stock performance out of it without at least a good 360mm AIO, if not a proper open loop.

the ram isn't even that tall, 42mm neo forza ddr4. check out noctua and be quiet!'s documents on ram clearance before making a decision to save a headache. Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE or Deepcool AK620 would be better picks. Nearly as good as the D15 but much cheaper.

These are my temps on cinebench. "Best turbo/overclocking headroom", so yes. "Standing 158mm tall, the NH-U12A is short enough to fit most modern mid- or high-end tower cases." U12A absolutely fine for me on a 12700K. Admittedly, I am using a high airflow case (Corsair 7000D) but am also only running 2x intake and 1x exhaust. The Noctua NH-D15 is the next-best performer, at 37 degrees, 41 degrees, and 36.6 degrees for our three VRM measurement points. The Zalman CNPS20X has roughly the same VRM2 measurement reading at D1hTu.
