Press the down arrow button until sync settings displays on the screen. Press ok. Press the down arrow button until master reset displays on the screen. The fuse for the focus screen is number 67, if you check fuse and it is OK, leave it out minimum of 20 mins. It should reboot when you put it back in, mine did. This worked for mine. I could here the motor running and the pipe would pressure up, so i knew that the nozzle was blocked with limescale probably from lack of use from the old owner. This is why it is a good idea to use ionised water or filtered water with your screen wash and a good mix of wash to stop the system or nozzles from blocking up. The fault isn't like a computer malfunction with bits of the display not working correctly. It is more like power failure with the whole console failing; instruments going to zero position all indicator lights going off (such as dip beam indicator) the centre read-out panel going blank and the back-light (with exterior lights switched on) also going off. My car started hesitating, cutting out and displaying 'Engine System Fault" just out of the warranty period. The dealer diagnosed a crankcase sensor, which they
stuck on Ford C-Max 2015 with rear parking sensors not working. After disconnecting battery it works and can see all senors showing good but after 2 seconds again on screen Parking Aid Malfunction. DTC only one - Invalid data received from PCM/ECM. Tried to replace parking module with rear wiring loom and all sensors from donor car, same problem.
