I got upset that I would have to pay for shipping after buying a $1700 camera (and a hand full of 'L' lenses as well as get all my friends and family to buy Canon) that stopped working and they sent me a shipping label. Squeaky Dirty internal button compartments do not let the buttons work properly. You will need to remove the camera casing, pop off the button, and carefully clean the connection with a cotton swab or a lint-free cloth.
