Since the Adblue system was introduced ~7 years ago there have been, to my knowledge, two recalls, both ~2017. One was to do with the pump wiring harness, and one was to replace the Adblue tank cap. The first was certainly for C4 Picassos, but I don't know whether this affected other Citroens, the cap was on every Adblue fitted Citroen.

Citroen / Peugeots with the 1.6 diesel (like your Picasso's) use an additive system (Eolys) that is injected into the tank automatically when you refil the car. The Eolys needs topping up every 35000 miles or so but it helps the DPF regenerate in a design where the DPF is too far form the engine/turbo to do it by mormal methods.
